Representatives of the Public Hospitals Authority employees presented a check in the amount of $1059.03 and nine large boxes of clothing and shoes to the Bahamas Red Cross Society for the ongoing relief efforts in Haiti. The donation was accepted by Ms. Caroline Turnquest, Director General of the Red Cross who expressed the organization?s gratitude to the employees of the PHA.
